Building Extension (Mallam)

As part of a existing dwelling extension, Morton Bros Contracting undertook the challenge of adding an additional 2 bedrooms to a residence located on Mallam Crescent in Sadadeen.

This project consisted of increasing the surface area of the existing dwelling by laying a concrete slab, erecting wall frames and installing roof trusses. The existing roof pitch needed to be raised to match the opposite side of the dwelling, which meant that it had to be architecturally designed to meet Australian standards.

Morton Bros Contracting then completed the electrical fit off, followed by all internal & external building finishes of the extension. Upon completion of the construction, the residence then gained Occupancy Certification.
