This internal shop renovation was part of a routine upgade to tenancies within the Yeperenye Shopping Center, and also a brand new tenancy to be providing a service to the Alice Springs Community.

Morton Bros Contracting’s role for this tenancy upgrade was the internal construction of the new shop front. Our role in this was to install a new suspended ceiling throughout the tenancy, construct new internal walls and door frames as per floor plans depicted, Electrical installation throughout the new tenancy which included the illuminated shop signage, lining of internal walls & ceiling which were finished off by being painted. Morton Bros Contracting installed the shop front glass windows and all skirting, and finally installed the vinyl flooring to complete the renovation.

This fit-out took approvimatley 2 months to complete, alongside other trades and the finished product speaks for itself and the quiality produced by the team at Morton Bros Contracting.
